How it works

Add tenants, move-in photos and payments as they happen. Each one is timestamped on the change log.
Evidentiary by design
Disagreements over a room come down to what happened, and when. Roomery keeps that record as you go, so you're never rebuilding it from old texts and bank statements.
Move-in and move-out photos, cleaned of location data, then stored so they can't be swapped or deleted.
Record each payment with its reference and send the tenant a receipt. A mistake is voided, never erased, and both stay on the record.
Every change is timestamped and chained to the one before it, so the log can't be edited without it showing.
Contact details kept as versions: every correction is added, and nothing is overwritten.
Read the lease together, section by section. Each of you initials every section, with the time, and the exact copy that was signed is frozen. Signed in person.
Write to tenants on the record, and see when each message was first read.
